SaaS portfolio analytics, from workspace to project

Naarva gives founders, operators and small teams a shared view of multiple SaaS businesses. Follow revenue, recurring subscriptions and recorded costs at the level where you need to make a decision.

One structure for several businesses

A workspace contains your portfolio. Companies group related businesses, and projects represent individual products or apps. This keeps an overview useful without losing the distinction between the products that generated the numbers.

For example, a founder might operate two subscription products through one company and a separate app through another. Each product gets its own project. The founder can review a company or the whole workspace, then inspect the revenue, subscriptions and costs behind an individual project.

This is an illustrative use case, not a customer result. The interactive sample portfolio lets you explore that structure using clearly labelled example data.

Compare business performance in context

Revenue answers how much was successfully collected during a period. Monthly recurring revenue describes the normalized value of active recurring subscriptions. They answer different questions: an annual subscription can generate a large payment in one month while contributing a smaller monthly recurring amount.

Use the same reporting period and currency when comparing projects or companies. A workspace timezone defines period boundaries. Original currencies remain separate, so EUR and USD amounts do not become a misleading combined total.

The metric definitions explain how payments, refunds, recurring amounts and source limitations affect the result. Missing historical coverage remains visible instead of appearing as zero revenue or an unexplained decline.

Bring costs alongside revenue

Record one-time and recurring costs against the projects they belong to: hosting, tools, contractors or other operating expenses. Company and portfolio views aggregate the underlying project data.

Estimated profit subtracts recorded costs from revenue in the same currency. It reflects the costs you have entered, not an independently verified accounting ledger. A project without recorded costs does not establish that the business has no expenses.

Keep accounting, taxes and statutory reporting in your accounting process. Naarva helps you understand operating performance and the completeness of the data behind it.

Connect a source, then assign its products

  1. Create your workspace and group projects under the relevant companies.
  2. Use an Owner or Admin account to connect a data integration.
  3. Assign the provider’s products or supported price mappings to projects so imported values appear in the right place.
  4. Review source coverage and synchronization status, then add project costs and compare the results.

Use Stripe analytics for Stripe data, Paddle Billing for its transactions and subscriptions, or RevenueCat full exports for supported mobile-store records. Each source has its own delivery timing and reporting limits.

Share visibility without sharing every permission

Workspace roles separate operating access from administration. Viewers can inspect the data; Members can contribute within their assigned permissions; Owners and Admins manage integrations. Naarva billing management is reserved for Owners.

All features are included in the subscription. Five active projects cost €39 per workspace per month, with €8 per additional active project. Companies do not add a separate charge and higher revenue does not increase the price. Archived projects retain history without consuming an active project slot.
