About Naarva

Naarva is a business reporting product for founders, operators and small teams managing more than one SaaS product or company.

A clearer view of a portfolio

Running several products means working across separate revenue sources, subscriptions and operating expenses. Naarva organizes that information into a workspace, companies and projects so you can review the whole portfolio and still inspect an individual business.

The product brings together revenue and subscription reporting with the costs you record. Its purpose is to make business performance understandable; it does not replace accounting, tax advice or the source provider’s financial records.

Explore the portfolio workflow or try the interactive demonstration. Its companies, projects and amounts are fictional example data, not customer endorsements or claims about business results.

Reporting principles

  • Keep definitions consistent. Revenue, recurring value and estimated profit answer different questions.
  • Preserve context. Currencies, periods and source coverage belong with the numbers.
  • Show uncertainty. Missing data is not zero and an incomplete history is not a confirmed trend.
  • Keep access scoped. Workspace membership and roles determine who can view or manage business data.

The metric methodology explains these rules in practical terms. The integration guide describes how different sources affect timing and coverage.

Operator and contact

Naarva is the trading name of Paul Lukas Roder, a sole trader based in Meerbusch, Germany. For product questions or feedback, contact [email protected].

Operator and identification details are in the Legal Notice. The Privacy Policy explains the handling of personal data, service providers and contact options.

A price based on active projects

Naarva costs €39 per workspace per month for five active projects, plus €8 per additional active project. All features and supported integrations are included. Companies do not create a separate charge, and revenue growth does not increase the price.

The 14-day trial starts when a workspace is created and does not require a credit card. There is no permanent free tier. Archived projects retain their history without using an active project slot.
